JÄGERMEISTER ZAMBIA x R&G OKTOBERFEST
ONLINE TICKET GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The Jägermeister Zambia Oktoberfest Online Ticket Giveaway (“Competition”) is administered by Cloud Digital Agency Limited on behalf of Jägermeister Zambia as part of Jägermeister’s participation at R&G Oktoberfest 2026.
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to Zambian residents aged 18 years and above only. Proof of age and identification may be required before a prize is awarded. Employees of the Promoter, its appointed agencies and persons directly involved in administering the Competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
Each Competition will open and close on the dates and times communicated on the relevant Jägermeister Zambia Facebook or Instagram post. Entries received after the stated closing time will not qualify [Wednesday, 7 October 2026].
4. How to Enter
Entry is free and online only. Participants must follow the instructions stated on the relevant competition post, which may include commenting, tagging a friend, submitting festival outfit inspiration, suggesting a song for the Oktoberfest playlist, or another engagement mechanic communicated in the post. Where the mechanic states that the entry/comment with the most likes wins, only genuine likes received before the closing time will be counted.
5. Fair Participation
Participants may encourage friends to support their entry; however, the use of bots, fakeaccounts, purchased likes, automated engagement, duplicate/fraudulent profiles or anyother method intended to manipulate the Competition is prohibited and may result indisqualification. Jägermeister and its appointed agency reserve the right to verify entries and engagement before confirming a winner.
6. Prize & Winner Confirmation
Winners will receive the number of R&G Oktoberfest ticket(s) specified in the relevant competition post. Tickets are not exchangeable for cash and may not be commercially resold.Unless expressly stated otherwise, transport, accommodation, meals and other personal expenses are not included. Winners will be contacted through the official Jägermeister Zambia social-media platform and may be required to respond and provide valid proof of age within 48 hours. If a winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails verification or does not respond within the required period, the Promoter may award the prize to the next qualifying entrant.
7. Event Conditions
Use of the ticket remains subject to the official R&G Oktoberfest entry requirements, venue rules and event terms and conditions. Jägermeisters sponsorship or participation does not override the event organisers conditions of entry.
8. Personal Information & Content
Any personal information collected will be used only for administering the Competition, verifying winners, awarding prizes and related campaign requirements, and will be processeding accordance with Zambia’s Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021. By submitting photographs or other content, entrants confirm that they own or have permission to use the content submitted.
9. Facebook & Instagram Disclaimer
This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook,Instagram or Meta. Entrants release these platforms from responsibility relating to theadministration of the Competition.
10. General
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Jägermeister reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these rules and, where reasonably necessary, to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition, subject to applicable laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any dispute relating to the Competition shall be governed by Zambian law.
